PMDS is approved as an external provider of online database software services for the verification and secure storage of medical certificate information issued by physicians authorized by the Panama Maritime Authority (PMA) to seafarers processing their maritime titles and technical documentation with the Panama Maritime Administration.

This service ensures that medical certifications are properly validated, stored, and accessible in compliance with PMA requirements for service on board Panamanian Flag vessels.
